Mark,
Who do you think will emerge as the Democratic nominee? My bet is on Warren. But I hope Biden goes the distance, because when he is on stage, the hostility shown him by the other candidates simply restates to all the "blue collar guys" that they have no place in that party now, same as Joe.

Dear Mark,
My wife and I first came across your writing in the New Criterion when we were first married almost 25 years ago. We would read your criticism of musicals aloud together and yuck it up! Have you or would you do a review of Hamilton?? All the people I believe have little or no taste love it so I'm suspicious that it's awful.
Sincerely,
Ed

A comment: it was incredible to watch the left attempt to dissuade everyone from watching Dave Chappelle's new stand-up on Netflix. It was proof positive of the Streisand Effect! I checked it out last night and thought it was hysterical, and I understand why the speech and thought police wouldn't want it out there; Dave's bits about Kevin Hart/"the audience" hunting celebrities and the LGBT car were great because they were absurd, yet far too realistic

Mark,
Just recently here in the state of Victoria, the most useless and incompetent leader of any jurisdiction worldwide, Premier Daniel Andrews, had legislation passed where sex on birth certificates could be altered without having the need for a sex change operation to complete the transition. Therefore, anyone can have their birth certificate changed on a whim, which is a legal document recording a particular fact at a particular time. I'm presently renewing my police check, which allows me to do volunteer work, and it has been stalled due to the name on my original birth certificate being Andrea, which my Italian parents later legally changed for obvious reasons. Even though the certificate has been officially amended, with Andrew written in and noted as an amendment, this isn't good enough for the useless Melbourne Bureau of Compliance, and my application still remains stalled. Just for one letter, a simple process is held up. I suspect that my application for a police check would have gone through much easier if the letter that needed changing wasn't 'A' to 'W', but rather 'M' to 'F'! Maybe I could claim Andrea was part of my transition, to get it back on track! How much sillier can this get? Even Monty Python couldn't come up with this nonsense!

Mark - here is something I was trying to phone in to you on El Rushbo's show during this week. One week ago the Mexican authorities announced (in Spanish) that the Mexican Navy had intercepted and seized 23,386 Kilograms of Fentanyl. I noticed it on Twitter and wiated for the eruption in the US Media. The Fentanyl was shipped from Shanghai (China being the biggest manufacturers of fentanyl..) and purportedly intended for the Sinaloa Drug Cartel. Fentanyl is far more deadly than most people understand. 2 milligrams is the lethal dose for a human. This one shipment is enough to give a lethal dose to every person on the planet.
Yet nothing in the media. Any views on why?

How would Sir Humphrey have behaved in that situation?
Meanwhile, Mark, did you do any Classical Greek? If so, you'll remember that most verbs are irregular, so you only have a small selection to start putting together simple sentences.
One such verb was θηρεύω 'pursue'. In Hillard and Botting, Elementary Greek exercises, there were quite a few examples like "they pursue the judge out of the land."
In the light of the current unprecedented legislating by judges all over the Anglosphere, might H&B not be seen as prescient?
Seriously uncharted waters here ...
