Earlier today, I helped celebrate the first anniversary of Boston radio legend Michael Graham's new show on the New England Talk Radio Network. You can hear our conversation here - second item down, headlined "Mark Steyn Shines On Our Anniversary Show", starting about 57 minutes in. We talked about the varying degrees of speech one enjoys today, according to which preferred identity groups one belongs to. And I sang along (briefly) with the great Shirley Temple and "Animal Crackers In My Soup". We also discussed climate change, but mainly for laughs, 'cause that's the kinda guys we deniers are.
Tomorrow, I'll be joining Toronto's Number One morning man, the great John Oakley, live on AM 640 just after 8am Eastern. If you're in that neck of the woods, hope you can catch it.
Meanwhile, Michael Mann-wise, Brandon Shollenberger is attempting to catalogue "the most egregious Mann misstatements, incompetent work or deceptions". Feel free to chip in: it's a worthwhile project, and fun for all the family.
In other news, the DC Superior Court building - scene of the forthcoming Mann vs Steyn trial - caught fire today. Fortunately, I have a watertight alibi. Wasn't it Oliver Wendell Holmes who said there is no right to shout "Fire!" in a crowded courthouse?
