Mark's campaign to celebrate diversity by introducing Boxing Day to the United States is not going well. Kathy Lively writes:

I am currently listening to you guest host for Rush Limbaugh. It is the day after Christmas -NOT BOXING DAY - in the U.S.!!!!!!! If you want to celebrate Boxing Day, go to Canada or England. We won't miss you in our great country.
It makes me very angry, that you, as an immigrant (you chose to come here - you didn't have to leave your beloved Canada) constantly put America down. If you don't like it here, you know where the border is. Go across it and stay there.
My husband is a Canadian and very happy to be in the U.S. I lived in Alberta for 12 years, and have never been so insulted in my life as I was by Canadians. You are supposed to be our allies, but you sure don't act like it.
